At Vermart, we’re committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and transparent cross-border shopping experience for wellness products, supplements, personal care, beauty, grocery, baby products, and everyday essentials.
Our goal is to make international shopping as simple and hassle-free as possible for our customers.
Most Vermart orders currently ship from Canada. As Vermart grows, some products may also ship from additional fulfillment locations depending on product availability and destination.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days under normal conditions after payment approval and order verification.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
To provide reliable delivery, Vermart may use trusted postal, courier, and logistics partners depending on destination, package size, delivery method selected, customs requirements, and operational conditions.
These may include providers such as Canada Post, Stallion Express, Spring GDS, and other partnered shipping networks where available.
For many U.S. orders, Vermart may use fully tracked cross-border delivery services designed to provide reliable and cost-effective shipping.
Estimated delivery timelines for many U.S. shipments are typically between 4–7 business days under normal conditions, while some international destinations may require longer transit times depending on customs processing, destination country, carrier routing, local delivery operations, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
Estimated delivery timelines shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on product weight, package size, shipping destination, and selected delivery method.
Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Depending on the destination country, orders may occasionally be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or local handling charges.
Where available, Vermart may collect estimated duties and taxes during checkout to help reduce unexpected import charges. However, customs authorities may occasionally reassess shipments independently according to destination-country regulations.
Customers are responsible for confirming that products may legally be imported into their destination country before ordering.
If you are unsure about local import requirements, we recommend checking with your local customs office or courier before placing your order.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided during checkout is complete and accurate in English, including apartment/unit numbers, postal codes, and contact information where applicable.
Vermart ships orders based on the address provided during checkout. Once an order has been processed or handed to the carrier, address changes, rerouting requests, or delivery modifications may not always be possible.
Customers may occasionally need to contact the local carrier directly regarding delivery coordination, customs requests, pickup scheduling, or address clarification.
Some products may ship separately depending on inventory availability, package size, carrier limitations, customs requirements, or fulfillment location.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order ships separately.
Some carriers may deliver directly to your address, while others may require pickup from a local post office, courier branch, parcel locker, or pickup location.
Customers are responsible for collecting packages within the carrier’s required timeframe.
Packages refused, abandoned, or unclaimed may result in additional shipping or carrier charges and may affect refund eligibility.
